If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Paying customers of Equipe may have contracts in place with Equipe which set out additional Terms that take precedence over the Terms in this policy.

2. Service Description

Equipe provides a modern data infrastructure platform for unifying customer data across multiple data sources. Our services include data integration, management, analysis, and tools for exporting insights.

3. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals access the service.
• Customers agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Data Management and Privacy

• Ownership: All customer data uploaded or integrated into the platform remains the property of the customer (“Customer Data”).
• License: Equipe retains the rights to data regarding usage of the platform. Customers grant Equipe a limited license to use the data solely to provide, enhance, and support the services.
• Data Security: Equipe uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption and regular audits, to protect Customer Data. Customers should also maintain appropriate backups of their data.
