Equipe is revolutionizing how sports and entertainment organizations activate their customer data. Our customers face complex customer data challenges that traditional platforms like Salesforce and Segment were never designed to address. Fans and donors interact with our client organizations across many dimensions including buying tickets, giving money, attending events, streaming content, joining programs, and much more. Simply dropping a line of code into a website or linking profiles based on email doesn’t cut it when dealing with the real world use cases our clients face.
Equipe solves this, giving large-scale institutions full control of their Customer Universe, right at their fingertips. Chaotic and scattered customer data becomes clean and actionable, creating a complete understanding of every single customer, across many different mediums. Imagine a customer who buys resale tickets on Seatgeek, merchandise through Fanatics, consumes streaming content on a team site, and engages with team marketing campaigns. All of this occurs on different platforms, each using entirely different information to identify the customer.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, venture-backed company rewriting how major sports institutions use data. We work with some of the most iconic organizations in the industry. We’ve tripled ARR in the last two months. And we recently raised our seed round from leading investors in sports, entertainment, and data to accelerate this next chapter. You’ll have the opportunity to build high-impact features that are immediately leveraged by some of the biggest brands in sports and entertainment, helping them modernize their data capabilities and unlock deeper insights. What you create here will help define the next generation of customer data software and bring an entirely new universe to life.

We are seeking a talented Founding Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work across Equipe’s tech stack to build and scale our platform, contributing directly to core features that shape the future of the company. As an early employee, you’ll collaborate directly with our CTO on a regular basis for feature planning, implementation, and more. You will also be expected to work directly with clients on occasion, to help them with onboarding and setting up integrations.
